We operate from state-of-the-art centres in Johannesburg and Cape Town and our rapidly-growing operation has significant expansion capability in the short term, thanks to an aggressive training and recruitment programmes as well as scalable telephone and computer networks.

Operating in four major centres within South Africa, gives us a strong footprint and provides a level of redundancy for our business units. Our collective contact centre capability is in excess of 400 seats with 210 available at our head office in Craighall Park and the balance of our seats at our offices in Green Point, Cape Town.

At the elm of each business is an entrepreneurial leader supported by a team of experienced individuals that have an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional levels of service to each of our clients. Each member of our Executive Committee (EXCO) is a specialist in their field, their experience in the markets that we operate in is one of the biggest assets to our business.
